So I broke the VPN out to another subnet (192.168.7.0) as the guide demonstrated. I can connect and reach LAN addresses, so the firewall rules are functioning, but if I try to disable "Use Default Gateway on Remote Network" on my client, none of the traffic is routed to my LAN network.
