I have a cable from my Sky hub to one plug socket connector thing then cable from the other socket gizmo into the PS4.

This weekend, I am bringing my PS4 out into the desert and hooking it up to someone's home who is not blessed with COX Internet. If Share Play works, if people are able to connect to me when I host Share Play, I'm going to expect an answer from you, COX, especially after you've just increased by bill. AGAIN. Origin is connected to the internet, but Sims 4 isn't. Everytime I start my game up from Origin it works, but everytime I go to the sims 4 gallery everything is marked with a red X and says this item cannot be located. Everytime I attempt to connect to the Internet it says no connection found but I'm positive there is one since origin is connected.

On my NightHawk Router It says that both the router is on and it has internet connection those lights are on but will not distrubute it, the 2.5GHz and 5GHz lights are not on.
