Nov 18, 2016 · Hi peeps, my year old PS4 (original model, 1tb updated chassis) has suddenly decided it doesn't want to connect to my network via a LAN cable. It's worked fine up till now. I have a cable from my Sky hub to one plug socket connector thing then cable from the other socket gizmo into the PS4.
Everything was working great yesterday. Today when I turn on my system it says unable to connect to the internet. I have a wireless connection that is working on everything else it is hooked up to at the moment. I checked the internet connection test on the ps4 and it says failed on internet connection. This weekend, I am bringing my PS4 out into the desert and hooking it up to someone's home who is not blessed with COX Internet. If Share Play works, if people are able to connect to me when I host Share Play, I'm going to expect an answer from you, COX, especially after you've just increased by bill. AGAIN. I have been trying desperately to connect a ps4 to a bt smarthub to no avail. I have tried wirelessly and via ethernet cable with no success. Have been on chat with 4 BT advisers, all based in India who couldn't speak english and they were unable to help and they have given me the number of the bt tech team, who tries to check my internet

Origin is connected to the internet, but Sims 4 isn't. Everytime I start my game up from Origin it works, but everytime I go to the sims 4 gallery everything is marked with a red X and says this item cannot be located. Everytime I attempt to connect to the Internet it says no connection found but I'm positive there is one since origin is connected.
On my NightHawk Router It says that both the router is on and it has internet connection those lights are on but will not distrubute it, the 2.5GHz and 5GHz lights are not on.
